MACHINES and DUMBBELLS

To lose weight effectively, machine training is necessary but it has no use if it is not followed by weight training using dumbbells. So, while you may feel satisfied that training on the machine is helping you lose weight, you will have to ensure that you exercise with dumbbells as well so that your workout is complete.

There are simple exercises which you need to perform everyday in order to flatten your belly. These are crunches – involving front, back, side as well as cross crunches, sit ups, push ups and a good deal of running. One must always force oneself to carry on the reps till total muscle exhaustion. These are called ‘forced reps’ and they have been shown to have a very fast effect on burning the excess fat in the body.
