Here are a few tips to help you lose your belly fat:

MACHINES and DUMBBELLS

To lose weight effectively, machine training is necessary but it has no use if it is not followed by weight training using dumbbells. So, while you may feel satisfied that training on the machine is helping you lose weight, you will have to ensure that you exercise with dumbbells as well so that your workout is complete.

SIMPLE EXERCISES

There are simple exercises which you need to perform everyday in order to flatten your belly. These are crunches – involving front, back, side as well as cross crunches, sit ups, push ups and a good deal of running. Performing these exercises loyally everyday will give you a body to die for in a few weeks.

WORKOUT TILL MUSCLE EXHAUSTION

One must always force oneself to carry on the reps till total muscle exhaustion. These are called ‘forced reps’ and they have been shown to have a very fast effect on burning the excess fat in the body.

Be careful that you do not push yourself too far. In order to be on the safer side, just observe your body’s reactions to your exercise regime. Analyse how rigorous a workout can your body handle and accordingly pressurize your body, not too much but not too little either.

DIET

Needless to say, a weight losing regime cannot be sustained without a proper diet. The diet should consist of all the nutrients required by the body – in other words, the diet should be a complete balanced diet.

MINDSET

Keep a positive attitude and visualise your belly becoming flat as you desire while you are working out. This will not only motivate you but also create a harmony between your mind and your body which will go a long way in ensuring that you achieve the results you desire.
